at present 意为 此刻，现在。 与right now等用法的区分如下 :
　　now大多数情况都可以用； Now is the best time to visit Paris.
　　at present特指现在这个时刻. We don't need it at present.
　　at the moment表示此刻、当时. I am very busy at the moment.
　　只有 right now 是表示现在马上的意思,并且它只能用在现在时. We must start right now!

一、now一般只做副词（现在、如今）；而present可以做副词（现在,现场）、还可以做形容词（现在的、现场的）、还可以做名词（礼物）
