中英文不可能字对字直译,因为就算语法完全正确那也不是正常外国人会用的句子.(这正是2、3楼的大侠的问题.1楼那个是机翻丢人的)
所以我觉得应当这么表达楼主的意思：
To be on the top of the food chain,that would be a favourable position./If one is on the top of the food chain,he will enjoy a easy time.
两种翻译的直译是：处在食物链顶端,那可是个好位子、好处境./如果一个人处在食物链顶端,他的日子将非常好过闲在.
意思是相通的,但是肯定不能直译楼主的话,那样chinglish.
