【答案】 Since I have a sense,exactly since I was born,I know food is important.If you didn't take any one of the three meals,which are breakfast,lunch,supper,you will fill hungery,no energy or power.Interestingly,when we were babies ,can't speak and feel hungery,we would mostly cry.Then Mom would give us man-milk.What a happy time for us babies at that moment!
Someone ever said,eat well at breakfast;eat enough at lunch;eat less at supper.
