【答案】 我只说说reason表示“原因,理由”时的常用结构.
　　1. for... reason(s) 因为...的原因
　　如：He was late for this reason.
　　2. the reason for (doing) sth
　　the reason for sb to do sth = the reason for sb/one's doing sth
　　（某人做）某事的原因
　　如：I don't know the reason for him/his being late.
　　= I don't know the reason for him to be late.
　　3. the reason + 定语（从句）+ be + that引导的表语从句
　　The reason why he was late for school is that he stayed up last night.
