【答案】 Take one’s time 就是我们平时常说的“慢慢来”,或是“悠着点”的意思,
通常take one’s time后面总是跟上动名词的,也就是take one’s time doing sth, 比方说我去裁缝那里改一件衣服,我会对他说：You can take your time altering that dress; I don't need it right away. (你慢慢改那个衣服好了,我不急着要的).不过有时候take one’s time也可以用来表示说某人做事太慢了,太“笃悠悠”了,如：You're taking your time with the lab tests. We need the results now.
