This film is set in the time when the only films available to people are made in Hollywood. Two boys who are deeply attracted to Hollywood movies grew up together. The story is set in South Korea during 1950s' to 1960s', during which the South Korean society was strictly ruled by sensorship, no exception for the film industry. Two senior high school students Ming Ji and Bing Xi established a film association called The Magnificent Seven. Many years later, when Ming Ji finished serving his military service, he once again find back his childhood friend Bing Xi, only to find out that their lives had been totally different.
