这句有误laughed at后面要接宾语的话那么就不会有谓语“is”.另外时态有问题（前面过去式后面一般时）.
你可能想用过去分词做后置定语,其实没这个必要.要么说“the boy laughed at my brother,或者 the one at whom the boy laughed was my brother.
