你好，learn to do sth. 不等于 learnd oing sth.，两者的区别如下：

1、learn to do sth. 学着去做某事 ( 在心里打算好了准备去学，便还没有开始 )。

例如：I am going to learn to ski this winter.  ( 今年冬天我打算学滑雪。)

2、learn doing sth. 学习做某事 ( 已经在学习了，强调动作正进行中 ) 。
