英语翻译21.Death21.1 In the event of death of the Employee during the term of his employment,his remains and personal belongings shall be repatriated to his country of origin at the expense of the Company or as per coverage by Workmen Compensation Insurance Scheme.21.2 In the event such repatriation is not possible,disposal of the same may be carried out upon prior approved arrangement within reasonable time with the Employee’s next-of-skin as set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement or in the absence if such arrangement within a reasonable time,upon prior approval by the People’s Republic of China Embassy/Consulate.However for whatever reasons,the Company is obliged to follow any directive as stipulated by the Malaysian Government and it shall take precedent over the above arrangement/approval.22.Company’s Rules And Regulations22.1 Upon termination of employment for any reason whatsoever the Employee shall prohibited from entering the Casino for two years from the date of termination of employment subject to the consent of the Company in writing.22.2 Upon termination of employment for any reason whatsoever the Employee shall prohibited from visiting or patronizing the Resort and its facilities for a period of six months from date the date of termination of employment subject to the consent of the Company in writing.22.3 The Employee shall at all material times be subject to and observe the rules and regulations of the Company that are in force from time to time.23.LevyThe levy imposed by the Malaysian Government on foreign workers shall be borned by the Employee.Such levy initially paid for by the Company shall be refunded to the Company within twelve months form the mencement date through monthly salary deductions at a rate as determined by the Company.24 Security Deposit 24.1 The Company requires and the Employee agrees to the security deposit by way of monthly deduction of RM600(Ringgit Malaysia:Six Hundred Only) form the Employee’s monthly salary for duration of two (2) months continuously upon mencement of this Agreement for the following purpose.(a) to pay for the liquated damages equivalent to s sum of RM10,000 (Ringgit Malaysia:Ten Thousand Only) for the cost of recruitment and training in the event of early termination of the Employee’s employment with the Company.(b) to pay for the purchase of one economy air passage form place of employment to country of origin in the event of early termination of the Employee’s employment with the Company for whatsoever reasons;(c) to settle any outstanding sum due to the authorities or the Company.24.2 The Employees hereby authorizes the Company to make the monthly deductions from his monthly salary towards the security deposit as stated in Clause 24.1 above and such authority shall not be revoked until the end of this Agreement or the extension thereof or until the termination of this Agreement as the case may be.

24.1 公司要求且员工同意通过每月从员工工资里扣除600元人民币的方式来交付保证金,自本协议生效起持续两月,以便
(a) 在公司与职工间提前终止雇佣关系时,用来支付总额为10000元人民币用于招聘及培训费用的解约损害赔偿.
(b) 在公司不管因何原因终止职工的雇佣时,用来支付职工从工作地回原籍国的经济舱机票费用.
(c) 用于偿还由政府当局或公司引起的任何未偿金额.
24.2 职工在此授权公司从其每月工资中扣除上述24.1条中所叙述的保证金,该授权终止于本协议失效时,延长期满时或视情况而终止本协议时.
