X means turn the whole rubik to the direction of R(Right)
X' means turn the whole rubik to the direction of R'(Right)
Y means turn the whole rubik to the direction of U(Up)
Y' means turn the whole rubik to the direction of U'(Up)
Z means turn the whole rubik to the direction of F(Forward)
Z' means turn the whole rubik to the direction of F'(Forward)
So just remember the words:XYZ,RUF
