Donating blood is of benefit to most of us. First, it helps the people who needs it .Second, there's the mental benefit of knowing you do a good deed and you can get the joy of helping others. Third, there is also evidence that not only donating blood is good for your local munity blood supply, but also it's good for your own body as well, regular blood donations may help keep the body's circulatory system healthy. And donating blood is very safe with little chance of risk.
