急需一篇英语投诉信问题：请以顾客张明的名义给某商店写一封投诉信.张明于5、28在某商场买了一台电视机.但用了不到两个星期,发现电视坏了.他打电话去商店的服务中心,得到的答复是商店会尽快上门修理.但是一个星期过去了,至今无人上门修理.张明要求商店道歉并退货.

I have brought a TV set on 28th.May.I found it was broken just after two weeks.I have called your service center and been told your repairman would e and provide on-the-spot service.But it has been one more week till now that nobody showed up.Now,I officially claim your apology and returned purchase.
