Many people plained that there are too many graduates cannot find their ideal jobs after graduation. In order to solve this problem, many students chose to stay at University and wished to get Master or Doctor. Therefore, the purpose of getting degree has bee a pragmatic solution to the shortage of jobs.
How to find an ideal job? I think there are many students do not really know the meaning of ideal job. If you ask 10 students what the ideal job is, I am sure 8 out of 10 will give some abstract answers. Most of them wish to stay in the office, doing some easy work, and the most important, get high salary. But, I am quite sorry that if you don't really know what ideal job is, what are you seeking?
In my opinion, ideal job is kind of job that inspires you, gives you chance to be the personal best. You will know how passionate you are when you have so many things to do every day and you will enjoy the busy state. But, due to the problem of advanced education, few students enjoyed their major of University -- few of them realize that they may lose the chance to show their real ability. Salary has bee the key factor to decide whether the job is good. It is pity for such a large group of people who cannot enjoy their work and life.
