Thank you for your making time in your schedules to give a reply to my question.But I was really puzzled with the reason why my account was forbidden. Because I was still playing with nothing but TF2 before my account was forbiden to use. So,if possible, I hope you could tell me the exact time when my account was forbidden and where the problem really lies.
