【答案】 运行 regedit ,到注册表里去删除tftpd32的相关,再运行一下就OK了.
例：运行里输入regedit,打开注册表,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> TFTPD32 ,把这个TFTPD32整个文件夹删了.
再去打开tftpd32.exe就正常了.
