【答案】 Counterexample is an example that is used to disprove a statement,it proves that a statement is not ALWAYS true,but it can not prove a statement is NEVER true.
Here is an example:'The opposite of a number is always positive.'
Counterexample for the above statement:The opposite of 2 is - 2,a negative number.But as I said,this counterexample can not prove above statement is NEVER true - The opposite of -2 is 2,which is true.
