【答案】 楼上几位答得都有错.这句是用一个特别的否定形式(nowhere)来强调语气,但不是真正的否定.四楼虽然把意思理解对了,但是把主语和状语颠倒了.还原不能这么干的.这个问题我以前回答过(见链接),再贴一遍：
Nowhere do 1980 census statistics dramatize more the American search for spacious living than in the Far West.
在1980年人口普查的统计数字中,没有地方能比远西部更能体现美国人对宽敞的生活空间的追求.
这句话用了两个特殊结构来强调语气：
1.more than 为了强调,more被倒装到宾语前面了.
2.Nowhere do + 主谓结构:表示没有地方有人做某事.例如：
Nowhere do people walk on their heads.世界上没有人头朝下走路.
Nowhere does no mean yes.”不”在哪儿都不能成为”是”.
