【答案】 有.
　　但是此处near作adj.接近的,近的.
　　A is near from B 就是A点距离B点很近,
　　一般是B点是一个比较大的概念,比如the earth等等.
　　例句比如：
　　The moon isn't quite near from the earth ,is it?
　　月亮离地球不是特别近,对吗?
　　If were near from china to korea?
　　中国离韩国是不是很近?
