Knowing what you are going through, I feel sorry. Living and studying in a froeign country is really difficult. But now that you are there, what you should do is to think of measures to deal with the problems. If I were you, I would take the following measures:
First, I will take advantage of every chance to improve my English, including looking for chances to talke with the host family. Though there some pimes on your face, it doesn't make any difference. Maybe others don't pay attention to them. So ignore them.
Second, try to have enough sleep. In fact, as long as you are in good mood, you will sleep well. So try to relax yourself, for example, to listen to music or watch TV or go to a party with some friends.
Third, try to make some friends. Having friends will make you feel happy. Friends play an important part in your life.
Finally, remember a valuable saying: Do as Romans do when in Rome. If you can do so, you will get used to the life there.
