I have got a problem and I need to ask for your help. I feel I am a little too fat. What’s worse, I am putting on weight all the time. I am worried about how I look as some of my classmates are always laughing at me.
To begin with, I tried to work out in the gym, but I gave up after two or three visits because I found it hard to find the time and I always felt very tired after exercising. Next I tried going on a diet. However, after about a week, I gave it up because I felt so hungry and I was unable to study properly. Later I secretly turned to weight-loss pills. These had an immediate effect and I began losing weight quickly. However, after some time I began to feel tired and weak constantly.
I know those pills usually have bad effects on our health. However, I don’t know what else I should do. Could you help me, please?
