I am a student of Grade 8 at Beijing Sunshine Secondary School. I am writing to apply for the membership of your club. I want to be a member of your club because I love animals and nature. And I would love to learn more knowledge about animals. I have several dogs and cats as pets at home. What's more, I rescued a cat on the way home before. I believe that animals are friends of human beings, so we need to take actions to protect them. For instance, we can rescue stray dogs and stray cats, put them into shelters and look for adoptive home for them. I am available from 8am to 10am every Sunday to participate in activities of the club.
